Household recycling centres

The ten household recycling centres across the county started their summer opening hours in April 1 and will be operating throughout the Easter break.

At Stanton St Quinton, Trowbridge, Lower Compton, Melksham, Everleigh, Purton, Devizes and Amesbury they are open from 9am to 5pm on Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

On Wednesdays and Thursday they are open an extra two hours until 7pm. At Salisbury and Warminster the recycling centres are open from 9am to 8pm every day.

The council expects the centres to be very busy over the Easter break so if residents can take advantage of the late night openings midweek that will help keep the queues down.
