WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

A waste officer will arrange a visit to your property and assess the following:

How much room is available for recycling containers.

The best location for the bins/boxes.

Suitable containers - this is dependent on how many properties are within the block of flats and how much room is available.

Who we need to get permission from to install the bins e.g. managing agent / private landlord / residents association.

Once all this information has been gathered and the necessary permission granted we will get the containers delivered and you can start doing your bin for recycling.

We will provide each resident with a Recycling for Flats leaflet to explain about the new service and give details of collection days.
